Anthony Al Nasser founded Sol Financial to address a growing demand from clients and peers for custom-tailored investment programs that prioritize full transparency and flexibility.
With over a decade of experience in private equity and finance, Anthony has worked extensively with family offices, hedge funds, CPA firms, charitable foundations, and sovereign wealth funds. His expertise lies in delivering bespoke investment strategies and financial planning tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Based in Miami, Florida, Anthony holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Miami, where he also played for the Hurricanes football team. His academic pursuits extended internationally, with a study stint in Japan, and he later earned a Master’s in Business from DePaul University in Chicago.
Outside of work, Anthony is passionate about snowboarding, traveling the globe, and spending quality time with his family and friends.

Originally from Barcelona, Helga built an extensive career in Europe, specializing in international tax, where she developed a deep understanding of complex regulatory frameworks and cross-border financial strategies. Her expertise then took her to Miami, where she spent several years running operations for a logistics trade company, honing her skills in operational management and global trade dynamics.
For the past five years, Helga has transitioned into finance operations, bringing her wealth of experience to Sol Financial, where she plays a pivotal role in the organization’s operation and compliance arm. Her ability to navigate intricate financial systems, ensure regulatory adherence, and streamline processes has made her an invaluable asset to the team.
A proud mother of two, Lucas and Sofia, Helga cherishes spending quality time with her children. Whether she’s cheering them on at their sports games or enjoying Miami’s waterways together on family boating outings, she finds balance between her demanding career and her personal life.
